That’s why my programs are built around a 3-4 day split - & not a day more, unless you want to add something that excites your soul.

I believe in training hard and living bigger outside the gym. My programs cover your resistance training so you can focus on moving your body in ways that actually bring you joy - preferably outside, in the sun, where your soul (and your lungs) can get some fresh air.

  • INDIVIDUAL COACHING

    You & me, working together to create a plan that moves with your life - not one that asks you to “tough it out”. I’m going to help you see through “what should be” vs. what “ being a real human in the fitness ” looks like. Connected by fitness, built on communication.

  • THE BUILD

    A 2 Day Full Body strength and hypertrophy program designed for lifters chasing momentum in their gym routine. Built from the same framework as Imperfect Athlete, this isn’t the “lite” version. This is the just right version.

  • IMPERFECT ATHLETE

    A 3 Day Full Body Lifting program built around a Barbell Lift for strength, accessories for hypertrophy and general athleticism sprinkled about. This split allows for you to add in aerobic work on your own.

  • BEACHBUMFITNESS

    A 4 Day Program (3 FullBody Lifts + 1 Aerobic Day) structured for functional movement patterns, strength & hypertrophy - using minimal-ish equipment: DBs, KBs, a Bench and a Cable Pulley.

    *No Barbell Lifts Included.

Individual coaching means training built for you - your goals, your schedule, your body. This is where we sit down, get real about your struggles, your needs, and your goals, and build a plan that actually makes sense for your life.

The best part of working 1:1 with me? If your goals shift, life starts lifing a little too hard, or something just isn’t clicking - we pivot. Nothing in my big sister style of coaching is written in stone. No ‘just push through’ mentality. If we need to swerve, we don’t panic - we just hit the turn signal & keep driving.

  • Once upon a time (pre-COVID), video calls were GREAT. Now? We’re all taking Video Calls, and I get that another one might not be what you need. So, it’s totally optional—take it if you want it, skip it if you don’t. If we do hop on a call, it’ll be a 30-minute Google Meet to check in, troubleshoot, and make sure your training is working for you.

  • You can’t talk about training without talking about energy input - yet, this is the part most people overlook. While I don’t do macro tracking or weigh-ins, we will cover the basics that actually impact your progress - like protein intake, hydration, sleep, and stress management. Because strength isn’t just about what happens in the gym - it’s about everything that supports it.

  • This is a year-long commitment - 12 months of acknowledging that real progress takes time. $315 / month for 12 months or pay in full for the year and get a free month for $3465.

  • We’ll keep all our conversations inside our training app - think of it like DMs, a direct line straight to me. Any questions, comments, or feedback you need? Drop them there. The more you communicate with me, the better I can tweak and refine your program to fit you.

The Build was designed for two kinds of people:

  • The ones fighting their way back into rhythm after life, burnout, or chaos pulled them off track

This 4 Day Program is built for those humans who are looking for a few more gym days, but maybe need more of a B+ effort kind of approach.   • Each program comes with a unqiue cost, please check the training page for details on each program.

  • If you wish to cancel one of your online programs, you can do so inside your app under “profile” - If you wish to discontinue 1:1 services please contact Allison directly via the app or email.

  • We use an app called Coach RX. This app allows you to log results, see demo videos, upload your own videos and view past workouts. As long as you are in the program, you will have access to see all past and current workouts.
