Individual coaching means training built for you - your goals, your schedule, your body. This is where we sit down, get real about your struggles, your needs, and your goals, and build a plan that actually makes sense for your life.

The best part of working 1:1 with me? If your goals shift, life starts lifing a little too hard, or something just isn’t clicking - we pivot. Nothing in my big sister style of coaching is written in stone. No ‘just push through’ mentality. If we need to swerve, we don’t panic - we just hit the turn signal & keep driving.

  • Once upon a time (pre-COVID), video calls were GREAT. Now? We’re all taking Video Calls, and I get that another one might not be what you need. So, it’s totally optional—take it if you want it, skip it if you don’t. If we do hop on a call, it’ll be a 30-minute Google Meet to check in, troubleshoot, and make sure your training is working for you.

  • You can’t talk about training without talking about energy input - yet, this is the part most people overlook. While I don’t do macro tracking or weigh-ins, we will cover the basics that actually impact your progress - like protein intake, hydration, sleep, and stress management. Because strength isn’t just about what happens in the gym - it’s about everything that supports it.

  • This is a year-long commitment - 12 months of acknowledging that real progress takes time. $275 / month for 12 months or pay in full for the year and get a free month for $3025.

  • We’ll keep all our conversations inside our training app - think of it like DMs, a direct line straight to me. Any questions, comments, or feedback you need? Drop them there. The more you communicate with me, the better I can tweak and refine your program to fit you.
