so I took all the things i loved:

&& created a 12 month program that gives you a beautifully curated method to the madness.

uses fitness as an anchor. you aren't scared of the long haul, matter of fact you know thats where the gainz are made, but you don't want to have to choose between one method or the other. you want to be proficient in it all, yet you're driven to learn and surpass your current limits.

truth is,

MOST HYBRID PROGRAMS GIVE YOU EXACTLY ENOUGH OF EVERYTHING TO NOT GET GOOD AT ANYTHING, LEAVING YOU BURNED OUT & that ain't cool man.

the 12 month build

phase 2

this is all about the max strength baby. you'll see methods like cluter sets, rest pause & Mechanical Drop Sets. We use KB complexes in this phase to prime for our big lift days. where the loads will be higher, volume is lower - but we know you have an itch to scratch so you'll also see some of that pump work and shorter aerobic efforts here.

phase 3

coming out of max strength we go back into higher volume days and longer aerobics. Only this time everything in Phase 3 is a build off from phase 1. Using similiar methods, the goal in this phase is to add complexity from the previous phases. 

phase 1

a combination of functional bodybuilding, longer aerobic work & solidifying positions in your big lifts & Oly. You'll get to play with methods like drop sets, 5's in the hole, and isometric reps. this is the foundation we build on. 

phase 4

and here it is, the grand finale. If Phase 2 is the entree, consider phase 4 dessert. This is where we really push for those heavy reps and even overload our big lifts with things like Clean Pulls and Box Squats.
