Imperfect Athlete is for real humans who want to train hard without burning out. This 3x per week, full-body program is built for strength, muscle, and real progress, without the junk volume. It’s a lifting-focused program designed to fit alongside an endurance hobby such as: running, rec sports, group classes, or anything aerobic focused you want to include 1-2x per week without sacrificing strength.

Beach Bum Fitness is a 4-day per week program with 3 full-body lifting days and one gym-based aerobic day. While there are no barbell lifts, strength is still a priority—heavy dumbbells and kettlebells drive progress. It’s a great fit for beginners who want intensity without a barbell but still need structure, especially with a dedicated aerobic day. This isn’t a minimal-equipment program, but it can be done in a home gym with a bench, a cable pulley, access to a range of weights, and a little creativity when needed.

Hybrid Hippie is for my advanced lifters; the ones who love Barbells, Olympic lifts, and training hard but are done with the burnout. If Imperfect Athlete and Beach Bum Fitness had a baby, and that baby was a burnout CrossFitter looking for a smarter, more sustainable way to train, this is it. With 3 full-body strength days and one aerobic-focused day, this program pushes intermediate and advanced lifters to keep progressing while building a training practice that actually lasts.
