listen here my fellow barefoot'n fitness frand - if you don't have access to the equipment above or scared you wont have all the skillz required in this plan..
we just might have to gymprovise a lil' bit
inside #bbf there will be resources and helpful suggestions for equipment options / skill abilities to interchange with.
you will have options to help you with the #gymprovising part to keep you moving consistently throughout the next 12 months.
#bbf was built to improve the big lifts while having a heavy focus on keeping balance with given movement patterns. This means that ITS OKAY if you need to swap one movement for another based on equipment, space or ability.
listen fam, we've never been about perfection over here.
and just to be totally clear..
#bbf is currently not built to be a totally minimal at home program.
(think a single dumbbell and maybe a resistance band).
maybe one day.. but not quite yet.
for example we may need some #gymprovising if..
a Single Arm DumbBell Strict Press is prescribed
& you don't have access to a bunch of different dumbbell weights
you may have to #gymprovise the movement with..
a Kettlebell, or a landmine setup.
..is it an exact match to the movement prescribed? nope.
but we were looking for a unilateral pushing pattern to be done, and with other equipment it hits the mark.
